Our current constitution states that the annual AGM will normally be held in the first Thursday in March. Which would have been 2nd.
Club President and Honorary Secretary are both unavailable and the Committee deem it necessary to move the date to the 16th March 2023. 7pm.
Bowls Scotland governance states that an AGM can be moved at any time by executives or committees as long as its held within 14 months of the previous year.
It is strongly recommended that no such meeting should be held without the Secretary present.
Members will be notified by email, website and notice board about this change and also when the papers for the AGM are ready for them to collect as usual from the club house.
