The Ladies held their opening day on Tuesday 19th April, which was very well attended. The silver jack was delivered by Frances Finlayson, Past President. We were honoured by the presence of Margaret Bingham representing Bowls Scotland and Jean Paterson representing Ayrshire Womens Bowling Association. Our other guests included friends from Howie B. C. and Wattfield B. C. We were blessed with brilliant sunshine. After our game we were served a lovely meal. Thanks was given to the caterers and also to Brooke behind the bar for doing a grand job keeping us hydrated. I would also thank all the ladies who helped on the day.
