The annual Ranson Gents Triples competition was held on Saturday 4th September. This is a round robin competition with all teams playing 20 ends. The two teams with the highest shot difference progress to the final.

Following a light lunch, provided by the Ranson Family the final was played over 5 ends. The winning team were Billy Richmond, Jim Rodger and Graham McKelvie who won by 6 shots to 3. The beaten finalists were Willie Wallace, Jim Lindsay and Sam Gilmour.
