The sun is shining, and the greens are looking well.

Thank you to all members who have paid their fees, especially those who have paid the full amount. However quite a few have still to pay.

Bowls Scotland and the association games will not go ahead, and capitation fees and entry fees will be refunded to the club. We also received a grant from S.A.C. This along with fees are keeping the club running at present as no other revenue will come into the club until we reopen.

The green contractors are still carrying out work on the greens, but they have reduced their fees meantime. Alastair is still required to cut the grass at least twice a week. The bar staff have been furloughed and we should receive an 80% refund from HMRC.

The committee would like to welcome Jim Bruce 2 on to the committee.

We are still abiding by the Government Guidelines and information from Bowls Scotland can be obtained on their website.
