We are a local bowling club who are open to all ages to encourage socialising and fun!
What a fantastic day at Prestwick Bowling Club on Saturday for our Adult & Junior Competition, generously sponsored by STEWART TRAVEL, PRESTWICK 🌟
With 4 sections of 6 teams battling it out in 5-end round robins, the standard of bowling throughout the day was brilliant. The winners of each section then moved into the semi-finals where Maureen and Ryan, Tom and Leon, Mark and Archie and Jamie and Emily put up a tremendous fight 👏
The final saw Mark and Archie take on Jamie and Emily in what turned out to be an absolute nail-biter of a match! With the score sitting at 4-3 to Jamie and Emily, Mark and Archie were lying shot for peels. Then came the final bowl from Mark… and it all came down to a measure 😮
By the narrowest of margins, Mark and Archie just managed to pip Jamie and Emily in a thrilling finish that had everyone watching on edge! What a final and what a great advert for the game 💥
A huge thank you must go to Stuart and Rebecca for all their hard work organising and promoting the day — it was a tremendous success 👏
Thanks also to our amazing bar staff who kept everyone’s thirst quenched on a very hot day 🍻☀️ and to TJs Catering who, as always, made sure nobody went hungry… and definitely got their steps up with all the roll runs 😂🌭

Good luck to our Ladies and Gents team representing Prestwick in the McLean Bowl Ayr Trophies competition tonight @NORTHFIELD. The team will play against triples from Kincaidston, Peterboyle and Crooksmoss. The team is as follows;
